- UoG Yoga Society -

We are very excited to be working with UoG Yoga Society to provide their yoga classes for the 2019/2020 academic year.

We will have 2 classes per week.

Strong Hatha Yoga - Thursday 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Hatha Yoga is a strong practice, starting with Sun Salutations, then holding poses for around 10 breaths. The class also incorporates Paranayama (breath work) and meditation.

Restorative Hatha - Friday 4pm - 5pm

Close to the ground relaxed postures, time to release and completly let go. Poses will be held for up to 5 mins, with deep focus on meditation and breathing techniques. 

Yoga Nidra - Once a Month on the Friday Session

Deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra means "Yogic Sleep" taking you to the place between being awake and asleep. An incredibly relaxing practice leaving you feeling fresh and rejuvenated. A 45 min Yoga Nidra practice is the equivalent of having a 3 hour nap.
